VanMar Executive Suites ("VanMar," "we," "us") operates vanmarsuites.com and the waitlist, newsletter, service-request, and conference-room booking forms on it. This policy explains what we collect through this site and how we use it. It does not cover the separate OfficeRnD member portal or the websites of our sister companies, Vanmar Properties and Vanmar Lending, each of which is responsible for its own privacy practices.
Information we collect
When you submit a form on this site (waitlist, newsletter signup, service request, or room booking) we collect what you enter: your name, business name, email, phone number, suite or room preference, and any message or notes you provide. We do not collect government ID, payment details, or lease terms through this website. Those are handled in person or through our admin systems once you're an in-progress applicant or tenant.
This site does not run analytics or advertising tracking, and does not set tracking cookies. We don't know who's browsing anonymously, only what you actively submit through a form.
How we use it
- Responding to your inquiry and scheduling a tour
- Processing waitlist and newsletter signups
- Routing tenant service and maintenance requests to our staff
- Managing conference room bookings and avoiding double-booking
- Sending the newsletter to subscribers who opted in
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. Form submissions go to our own admin system, which is built on Supabase (database hosting), Stripe (payment and invoicing, only once you're a tenant), and Resend (email delivery, which sends both our staff notification and your confirmation). Current tenants also use OfficeRnD, an independent member-portal provider, for billing and account access, and OfficeRnD's own privacy policy governs that relationship.
Your rights (California residents)
Under the CCPA/CPRA, California residents can request to know what personal information we hold about them, request its deletion, and request correction of inaccurate information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front. To make a request, contact us using the details below and we'll respond within the timeframe required by law.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for businesses and adults seeking office space. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our forms or systems change. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.

Not a lease or reservation
Nothing on this site constitutes a lease, a reservation, or a binding offer, including waitlist submissions, listed pricing, and unit availability. Suite availability and pricing are subject to change and are only finalized in a signed lease agreement. A "Book a Room" submission holds a conference-room time slot pending our confirmation; it isn't a paid reservation, and we may need to reschedule for operational reasons.
