VanMar Executive Suites ("VanMar," "we," "us") operates vanmarsuites.com and the waitlist, newsletter, service-request, and conference-room booking forms on it. This policy explains what we collect through this site and through our advertising, and how we use it. It does not cover the separate OfficeRnD member portal or the websites of our sister companies, Vanmar Properties and Vanmar Lending, each of which is responsible for its own privacy practices.
Information we collect
When you submit a form on this site (waitlist, newsletter signup, service request, or room booking) we collect what you enter: your name, business name, email, phone number, suite or room preference, and any message or notes you provide. We do not collect government ID, payment details, or lease terms through this website. Those are handled in person or through our admin systems once you're an in-progress applicant or tenant.
Advertising and conversion tracking
This site runs Google Ads conversion tracking through the Google tag (gtag.js), account AW-18354035380. Its purpose is to tell us which ads led to a call, an inquiry, or a tour request so we can spend our advertising budget sensibly. Google may set or read cookies and similar identifiers in your browser for this purpose, and may process that data as an independent controller under its own terms.
We do not use this data to build profiles about you, and we do not sell it. You can control it in several ways:

- Block or clear cookies in your browser settings
Two internal pages on this site, our materials request and maintenance reporting tools for cleaning and building staff, are deliberately excluded from all advertising tracking.
Lead forms shown inside Google and Meta ads
If you fill out a lead form that appears inside a Google or Meta ad rather than on this website, that form is hosted by the advertising platform, not by us. The platform collects your name, email, and phone number and passes them to VanMar so we can respond to your inquiry about office space. The platform's own privacy policy governs how it handles your information before it reaches us; this policy governs what we do with it afterward, which is the same as any other inquiry: we contact you about office space and nothing else.
How we use it
- Responding to your inquiry and scheduling a tour
- Processing waitlist and newsletter signups
- Routing tenant service and maintenance requests to our staff
- Managing conference room bookings and avoiding double-booking
- Sending the newsletter to subscribers who opted in
- Measuring which advertising campaigns produce genuine inquiries
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. Form submissions go to our own admin system, which is built on Supabase (database hosting), Stripe (payment and invoicing, only once you're a tenant), and Resend (email delivery, which sends both our staff notification and your confirmation). Current tenants also use OfficeRnD, an independent member-portal provider, for billing and account access, and OfficeRnD's own privacy policy governs that relationship. Google receives advertising and conversion data as described above.

VanMar Executive Suites leases office and warehouse space to businesses without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, disability, or any other characteristic protected under applicable federal, state, or local law. We do not use personal information to exclude anyone from seeing our advertising on any such basis.
Your rights (California residents)
Under the CCPA/CPRA, California residents can request to know what personal information we hold about them, request its deletion, and request correction of inaccurate information. We do not sell personal information. To make a request, or to ask us to delete an inquiry you submitted, contact us using the details below and we'll respond within the timeframe required by law.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for businesses and adults seeking office space. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our forms, systems, or advertising change. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
